Twitter is kind of a funny thing – we connect with various folks whose paths we would have otherwise never crossed. The cross pollination of music and exercise connected me to Greta (@MiddleAgedJock) when I happened across her Commit to Fit Friday – Workout Playlist.
We quickly determined we were of, uh, the same generation, and the connection was made.
With some things crossed off my todo list (including breakfast, lunch, 30 minute walk, chat with girlfriends, packing for Tahoe, and paperwork), I ventured into YouTube to create an upbeat workout playlist. My craziness is confirmed by my taste in music – this list spans decades and genres, and will be a work in progress…
Remember, I’m not a sprinter – I’m a slow and steady mover – so they aren’t terribly fast. But for me, they motivate to move!
